Joe Dan,the drinking man
Caesar wore his armor
to cover up his heart
since he thought that love
could blow his drinking art
he conquered lots of daydreams
and saw the northern lights
the steed he rode was shiny
and filled wih gleaming brights
he said the world was strange
that no one really cared
about next times or evers
or if he should have dared
Caesar was a thinker
he planned his every move
he always said just go away
you do not have the groove
when he fell from grace
he lost his heavy stroke
and gone inside heartbeat
he shed his mortal cloak
to cover up his heart
since he thought that love
could blow his drinking art
he conquered lots of daydreams
and saw the northern lights
the steed he rode was shiny
and filled wih gleaming brights
he said the world was strange
that no one really cared
about next times or evers
or if he should have dared
Caesar was a thinker
he planned his every move
he always said just go away
you do not have the groove
when he fell from grace
he lost his heavy stroke
and gone inside heartbeat
he shed his mortal cloak
