Duality of the Tao
. . .the sun hangs
partially veiled
by slowly moving vapors,
the heat heavy, immense;
i lay,
like some dreamy lizard,
beneath the golden dome of the
Texas sky,
bleached of blue by summersun,
the white sky of late July,
and even as i
soak up the energy of the sun,
i equally exude my own
into the steamy atmosphere,
both taking and giving. . .
